WHERE AND WHEN DO I PICK UP?

Curbside orders can be picked up from our storefront at 11722 Old Shelbyville Rd. Louisville, KY 40243. We are located in historic Middletown. 

WHAT IF I HAVE AN ALLERGY/DIETARY RESTRICTION?

At checkout, you will see a "Special Instructions For Seller" text box. Make sure to include any allergies/dietary restrictions, that way we can do our best to accommodate. Also, we ask that you take precautions and make sure that you are aware of what ingredients are included in our boards before consuming. We do work in a NUT facility and cross-contamination is possible so please avoid our boards if you or someone you know has a nut-allergy. 

DO YOU DELIVER?

Yes! However, our delivery schedule is limited and gets booked pretty quickly. Our delivery spots operate on a first come first serve basis. We recommend placing a delivery order at least 3 days in advance.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE AN ORDER?

We are currently requesting a minimum 24-36 hour notice prior to placing your order, however if you have a rush order, please let us know and we will do our best to try and work you in. *For large orders, we request a minimum of a 3 day notice prior to placing your order.

CAN I CHANGE MY PICKUP TIME?

In order to ensure the quality of our ingredients, your box/board will be freshly prepared prior to your pickup time. If you need to make a change to your originally scheduled pickup time, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can adjust our schedule.

HOW LONG WILL MY BOARD STAY FRESH?

To ensure freshness, we recommend serving your box/board the same day that you pick it up. However, our boards last up to 2 days in the refrigerator. We recommend sitting out your box/board at room temperature 45 minutes prior to devouring.

WHAT TEMPERATURE SHOULD I SERVE THE BOARD?

Cured meats and cheese taste best at room temperature, so that is why we recommend bringing it out 45 minutes prior to serving.

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE A CERTAIN INGREDIENT IN THE BOARD?

Let us know in the “Special Instructions for seller” text box at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate!
